Second time to say Hi

I have some quiz to ask.
1. Is it neccessary to remember pattern form of tenses?
2. I think that I know only tense of time such as past, present and future. It is enough to comunicate with another people. Is it true or fault?
I don't finish my homework. But it make me to remind grammar pattern that I've learn before. ^_^

I think some things you just have to learn. The best way to do this is to try recognising froms first and then using the language in some way. I believe this will lead to memorisation.
Remember it's "true or false"
I've had a little trouble understanding your meaning om the second part of your message .. why don't you finish your homework?
